One time my psoriasis began to serapd like wild fire all over my body and all I would wear is pants and long sleeves. That was during a very stressful time in my life. I believe that stress, environmental factors and diet all contribute to the severity. Now that I eat healthy and stopped smoking, I only have one small patch on my knee. The only issue now is getting used to the fact that I dont have to wear pants. It makes me feel naked to wear shorts now.
